A name

A bit of etymology :
As you may have guessed, AD VISUM is Latin! This expression, which could be translated into French as "De mon point de vue", is at the origin of the French word "Avis (Advis in old French)" which itself is at the origin of the English word "Advice" and the verb "to Advise".


Through this name we wanted to return to the origins of advice while bringing our touch of modernity through our method of accompaniment. It is also a way for us to remind the importance of the "vision" in our approach. Indeed, despite all the expertise that the members of our network are able to bring, nothing will happen without the vision that you have of your objectives.

A History

AD VISUM EXPERTISE is the result of the professional experiences of Hervé TOHA, passionate about entrepreneurship and financial engineering.

After 10 years spent accompanying companies for the BNP Paribas bank in the East of France, Hervé decided to go to his native country, the Ivory Coast. He will be active in agricultural commodities trading, accompanying French companies in their establishment in Africa, but also in the voluntary support of young entrepreneurs.
Based on these different experiences, he made several observations :
- The will to undertake is as strong in France as in Ivory Coast and the quality of the accompaniment is determining for the success of a company.
- Many of us want to invest in projects out of conviction and/or to generate additional income, but these operations often lack a secure framework .
- We also invest and undertake to improve or strengthen our financial situation (assets). It is therefore essential that these assets are well managed in order to continue to support entrepreneurship and investment.
These are the observations that have been at the origin of AD VISUM EXPERTISE with the support of experts met during the various projects.

A method

Whatever the subject, we have put in place an innovative method of support based on :
  - A single contact for a global knowledge of the relationship and a better follow-up of your projects.
  - A committee of experts to give you the benefit of all our expertise at once (legal, tax, financial, etc.) while respecting your objectives and constraints
